The recipes I tried from Laura Kelley's comprehensive guide and cookbook were generally full of flavor and surprisingly rich with low-fat, low-sodium, and low-salt ingredients. Perfect for body inflammation too, and a low-cholesterol diet. Recipes are simple, with clear directions and easy-to-find ingredients, making them easy to implement into my busy schedule.
