With over three decades of experience teaching math and physics, the author Sudhir K. Sood Ph.D. has written this workbook to help you master the most essential calculus skills of calculating derivatives, limits and integrals quickly and accurately. It is carefully divided into twenty one chapters. Each chapter contains a self-contained discussion of the topic followed by a number of solved examples. The chapter ends with a variety of practice exercises.
...moreIn order to inculcate complete student confidence, full solution of every practice exercise is provided which allows the students to learn about avoiding any mistakes they might have committed while attempting the exercise by themselves. Moreover, this user-friendly workbook does not shy away from clarifying even ‘simple’ calculation skills like addition of fractions, multiplication/division of exponents, use of trigonometric and logarithmic identities etc.
