Kyle BassRemember the Great Influenza of 1918 (amazing book by Barry)...40-50 million died at a 10% kill rate. The higher the rate, the faster it is likely to burn itself out. 10% is a global pandemic nightmare
Jeff Dean (@)Thanks for the pointer, joetimmons79!
Also, looks like John Barry, the speaker in the video, is an author, & has an interesting looking book about the 1918 flu (if flu pandemic books while social distancing is your cup of tea: I've added to my queue):
Indra NooyiThe Great Influenza by johnmbarry is an incredible walk through the history of the 1918 Spanish flu. This quote struck a chord with me as I worked on the taskforce to reopen Connecticut, and I hope the book provides you a lens through which to see the COVID-19 crisis as well

Kyle BassRoach would love to hand the keys to our future to the ccp. He is a joke. General Spalding has a book to release on October 1st titled “Stealth War”. After living in Beijing and being the US Defense Dept’s attaché to china, Spalding understands exactly what the ccp is doing to US
Jared TateHalfway through this great book. I lived in China for 4 years & it’s as clear as day. Every westerner who believes in democracy should read this book & gain some real insights into how China is waging a Stealth War to rule the world. We see same tactics in #blockchain industry
